SOBA, the Southern Offroad Boarding Association was formed in 2000 along with the creation of the founding UK boarding associations. The collection of UK associations was created with a view to have a backbone of associations so the sport of mountain boarding could grow along with the ATBA. 

Since then SOBA has gone from strength to strength. In this current 2010 season we have more fundays, free-riding, freestyle, boarding and general SOBA partying than ever.  

From this website you should be able to find out more, get in contact with some boarders from our forum,or just check out, rate and view latest freestyle trickery. 

SUBJECT TO WEATHER, SOBA are holding a “Chill-Out” weekend, this will mean FREE riding, FREE camping, and also a FREE barbecue for ALL SOBA members ALL week-end! Non SOBA members are also welcome, (normal Haredown rates will apply). Camping for non-SOBA members will be charged at £2.00 per head. We would welcome as many family, friends and parents as possible to come along and join in the fun!

Hi Guys,on Sunday 18th April at 1.30pm (approx) we will be holding an open invitation for all Soba riders who wish to be concidered for sponsorship by Haredown for the 2010 season.
If you are successful in getting sponsorship you will have all race entry fees paid , a race t shirt and your camping costs paid for. Plus all sponsored riders will have a 20% discount on all equipment at Haredown.
What you have to do as a sponsored rider is to guarantee that you will attend and ride in 3 out of the 4 ATBAUK International seriescompetitions and become an ATBAUK member.
If you think you have what it takes to be one of Haredowns sponsored ridersthis year, then please come along on Sunday and let either Steve or Les that you want to be considered this year !
